英国约克大学精英培训计划
约克大学复杂系统分析科学中心（YCCSA）现提供不同学科的课程培训计划，包括管理学，生物医药，计算机科学，电子工程，高等数学，社会科学等，其主要目标人群包括了留英学子，旅英华人，国内政府及高企的负责人。
YCCSA的主要课程包括：领导力的科学与艺术（Leadership skills），人力资源管理（People management skills），工程项目管理（Project and programme management skills），实证技术分析（Skills for analysing and using evidence），财务管理 (Financial management skills)，战略思维能力(Strategic thinking skills)，市场营销沟通 (Communications and marketing skills)，创造力与解决问题能力（Creative and Problem Solving Skills），核心商务技能（Key corporate skills），职业道德与职业操守（Ethical practice skills）等。其他可选学科包括：生物医药，计算机科学，电子工程，高等数学，社会科学等。
YCCSA的课程培训教师包括了约克大学各个领域的资深教授及专家，从不同的方向，角度来提高学员的自身水平。教学将采用理论与实践相结合的模式，而课程的设置也十分的灵活。在课程结束后，学员学习档案归档保存，并会颁发约克大学正式培训结业证（University of York Certificate of Attendance）。

约克大学复杂系统分析科学中心是一个跨部门的中心，由不同院系，科系的教授，专家组成。中心的首要目标是运用新概念的分析方式和数学建模等的计算方法和工具在复杂的系统内解决问题，应用上主要包括了物理，生物科学及管理学。
约克大学复杂系统分析科学中心（YCCSA）的成员，相互间共同合作项目，解决问题，并进行跨领域的合作，包括新的硬件和软件工程的研究范围广泛，以及物理和生物的复杂系统建模在多层次的细节。
York University Professional Training Programme
The York Centre for Complex Systems Analysis (YCCSA) offer a range of courses including Management, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics and Sociology. The main goal of YCCSA programme is to build managerial skills in managing complexity. To this we plan to offer a four (4) day course that will provide the following:
· provide attendees with an introduction into the fundamental concepts of managing complex projects;
· describe the transition from real business problems, through simulated field study analysis and model development;
· provide attendees with the practical experience of managing complexity to real work situations.
The subjects including: Leadership skills, People management skills, Project and programme management skills, Skills for analysing and using evidence, Financial management skills, Strategic thinking skills, Communications and marketing skills, Creative and Problem Solving Skills, Key corporate skills and Ethical practice skills.
These courses have been developed by representatives from industry together with academics from the University of York.
The intended audience for this course is Engineers, Scientists, Managers and other staff in hi-tech companies and organisations, as well as students and scholars. In particular it is aimed at those who would like develop a comprehensive insight into the main aspects of knowledge management and to equip themselves with the practical skills to build or begin the introduction of knowledge management interventions within their organisation.
Delegates will receive a University of York (YCCSA) Certificate of Attendance after the course finished.
